fa مطالعه فناوری شیوه ریخته‌گری به روش قالب‌های پوسته سرامیکی در هنر فلزکاری تکنیک و اجراء در هنرهای اسلامی 3 پژوهشي Original Research <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:85%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">ریخته‌گری به عنوان یک روش قدیمی، از دیرباز تاکنون برای مهار و شکل‌دهی فلزات مورد استفاده بشر قرار گرفته است. به&shy;کارگیری این هنر - صنعت با توجه به نیازهای هر تمدن در خلق آثار مختلف صورت گرفته تا این روش در زمره مهم&shy;ترین ابداعات بشر قرار گیرد. استفاده از ریخته&shy;گری در هنر فلزکاری به روش&shy;های مختلف صورت می&shy;پذیرد که از بین آن&shy;ها ریخته‌گری به روش قالب‌های پوسته سرامیکی رایج&shy;ترین نوع در بین هنرمندان معاصر جهان است، در صورتی که استفاده از این شیوه در ایران اغلب به مصارف صنعتی اختصاص یافته چرا که محدودیت‌های موجود در مراکز آموزشی هنر همچون امکانات ناکافی و دانش فنی ناقص موجب شده تا هنرمندان و علاقه&shy;مندان هنر فلزکاری کمتر بدان توجه نمایند. این پژوهش در پاسخ به این پرسش که قالب&shy;های پوسته سرامیکی چه قابلیت‌هایی در ساخت احجام هنری با تکنیک ریخته‌گری فلز دارند؟ به دنبال شناخت دقیق‌تر از ویژگی‌های این نوع قالب‌ها، به‌ویژه از نظر دقت ابعادی، کیفیت سطح و توانایی ساخت اثر با جزییات پیچیده در قطعات هنری فلزی است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی قالب‌های پوسته سرامیکی با استفاده از یک الگوی عملی در ساخت احجام هنری است. </span></span></span><br> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:85%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">در نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌توان گفت استفاده از این قالب‌ها علاوه بر دقت و جزییات بیشتر در بهبود خواص مکانیکی و کارایی حجم فلزی نیز مؤثر است. این روش سرعت تولید قطعات پیچیده و ظریف را افزایش داده و نیاز به عملیات پس‌پرداخت را به حداقل رسانده است. این پژوهش براساس هدف از نوع کاربردی، براساس ماهیت و روش از نوع پژوهش&shy;های توصیفی- تحلیلی و براساس تجزیه و تحلیل داده، کمی-کیفی</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:85%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">است. روش گردآوری داده&shy;ها از نوع کتابخانه&shy;ای و میدانی به روش ثبت مشاهدات و تجربیات نگارندگان بوده است. در این پژوهش نگارندگان اقدام به ساخت قالب و ریخته&shy;گری آن نموده&shy;اند تا نتایج عینی&shy; و دقیق&shy;تر حاصل گردد.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:10pt"><span adobe="" garamond="" pro="" style="font-family:">Casting, as an ancient method, has been used by humans for controlling and shaping metals since ancient times. The application of this art-industry has been carried out according to the needs of each civilization in creating various works, so that this method is among the most important inventions of mankind. The use of casting in the art of metalworking is carried out in various ways, among which casting using ceramic shell molds is the most common type among contemporary artists in the world, while the use of this method in Iran is often reserved for industrial uses because the limitations in art education centers such as inadequate facilities and incomplete technical knowledge have caused artists and metalworking art enthusiasts to pay less attention to it. This research, in response to the question of what capabilities do ceramic shell molds have in creating artistic volumes with the metal casting technique? It seeks to understand more precisely the characteristics of this type of molds, especially in terms of dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and the ability to create works with complex details in metal art pieces. The purpose of this research is to investigate and evaluate ceramic shell molds using a practical model in the construction of artistic volumes.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span adobe="" garamond="" pro="" style="font-family:">In the results of this research, it can be said that the use of these molds, in addition to more accuracy and details, is also effective in improving the mechanical properties and efficiency of the metal volume. This method has increased the speed of production of complex and delicate parts and has minimized the need for post-processing operations. This research is based on the purpose of the applied type, based on the nature and method of descriptive-analytical research, and based on data analysis, quantitative-qualitative. The data collection method was library and field type by recording the observations and experiences of the authors.
