صنایعدستی سنتی ایران را میتوان حائز دانش بومی و سرمایهی فرهنگی دانست، اما در بازار معاصر با مسائلی در حوزه¬ی نوآوری و تبیین پایداری در طراحی مواجه هستند. مطالعهی حاضر با تمرکز بر سوزندوزی بلوچ و با تکیه بر رویکرد تفکر طراحی، تلاشی است برای شناخت و عملیاتیسازی شاخصهای طراحی پایدار در یک زمینهی بومی مشخص. در این پژوهش دو پرسش اصلی مطرح بوده که عبارتاند از: کدام شاخصهای ارزشی طراحی پایدار را در سوزندوزی بلوچ تعریف میکنند؟ و این شاخصها چگونه در یک فرایند طراحی مشارکتی قابل تقویت هستند؟ مطالعهی حاضر با روش کیفی انجام پذیرفته و از نوع موردی بوده است. دادههای تحقیق از طریق مشاهدات میدانی ومصاحبهی نیمهساختاریافته با ۲۸ صنعتگر و کارآفرین بلوچ جمعآوری شدند و در ادامه با روش کدگذاری باز و محوری تحلیل شدند. بر پایهی تحلیل دادهها، ۱۴ شاخص استخراج و در چهار بُعد شامل اقتصادی–اجتماعی، فرهنگی و انتقال دانش بومی، محیطزیستی، و زیباییشناختی–نوآورانه سازماندهی شدند. این چارچوب مبنایی شد برای برگزاری یک کارگاه مشارکتی طراحی که در طی آن پنج نمونه محصول توسعه یافت. در ادامه نیز این محصولات بر اساس همین شاخصها ارزیابی شدند. یافتههای حاصل از تحقیق پیش رو نشان میدهند استقرار این شاخصها در چرخهی تکرارشوندهی تفکر طراحی، همزمان منجر به تقویت ابعاد فرهنگی، اجتماعی و زیباشناختی در سطح محصول میشود. در این چارچوب، پنج اصل مفهومی شامل اصالت، مشارکت، حساسیت به مواد، روایت و تداوم بهعنوان سازوکارهای تنظیمکنندهی طراحی تبیین شدند. هدف از این پژوهش ارائهی یک مدل ارزشمحور زمینهمند برای توسعهی طراحی پایدار در سوزندوزی بلوچ بوده و با در نظرداشتن ماهیت موردی مطالعه، نتایج در چارچوب این زمینهی فرهنگی تفسیر میشوند.
